History
The company was founded in 1999 by Constantina Sotelo, who initiated the project with the support of her family. Since its inception, the winery has maintained its family-run, artisanal character, producing wines in a small garage in a stone house built in the late 1750s. The family's winemaking tradition and respect for the legacy of their ancestors have been fundamental to its history.

The company offers white, red, and sparkling wines, all produced without designation of origin and following a minimal intervention philosophy. Highlights include 80/20 Sin Más (red), Pelicas (white), Maruxo (white), Dama Xoana (red), Viñas Vellas, Brutal, Flor de Sotelo, Aquelarre, Misturas, Gazafello, Rosalía, Porco Bravo, Octopus, and Volandeira.
