History
Montealbor Alimentación, SA was founded in 1965 by Severino López in Seville as a sausage factory. Over the course of more than 50 years, the company has evolved, incorporating new lines of business such as traditional sauces and prepared dishes, in addition to modernizing its facilities and production processes. In recent years, it has doubled its turnover and workforce, expanded its facilities, and boosted its internationalization, establishing a presence in markets such as the United States, China, Canada, Russia, and Germany. The company remains committed to sustained growth, environmental sustainability, and quality certified under the IFS Food standard.


Product types
The company offers a wide range of food products including traditional cured meats (such as Serrano chorizo and black pudding), cooked and fresh sausages, pizza toppings (chicken breast, smoked bacon, lean cold cuts), sauces (mojo picón, green sauce, whisky sauce, Creole sauce, brava sauce with chili, aioli with parsley, chimichurri with honey) and prepared dishes (pork cheeks, beef and pork tripe, fried rice blood sausage).
