Family business thirdThe Moralejo family is linked to the world of sheep since the fifties, when Baltasar Moralejo began with this activity in Zamora. Today the third generation is in charge of the company, represented by his grandchildren Enrique and Mario. They grew up living the business from within, learning everything there is to know about it. With this preparation, their studies and their experience in other sectors, they decide to reinvent the company and found Moralejo Selección. Its objective is to develop new lines that adapt to market demand and consumption habits: in addition to classic products, new cuts, derived products and prepared dishes are introduced. History
The company began as a small market stall in Zamora and, based in Arcenillas and Coreses, has grown to become one of the most innovative lamb processing facilities in Europe, a technological and innovative benchmark in the sector.
