Aves Nobles y Derivados SL began in 1967 with a small workshop in Zaragoza, producing chicken and turkey-based products. After significant growth, the company was formally incorporated in 1990 and began marketing under the Casa Matachín brand. In 1997, it was integrated into the Padesa Group, allowing control of the entire production chain. In 2018, all of the group's brands were unified under the Aldelís brand.
