Yang Tse soy miso

Hatcho Miso (soy miso) is the result of slowly fermenting soybeans and koji seeds for three years in large cedar barrels. In addition to its use on its own, it is also an excellent base for all miso soups, when mixed half and half with another type of miso. It has a high protein content. Best served hot. Ideal as a beverage (soup), it accompanies all kinds of dishes.
