History
The Martín family has been making artisanal wafers for over 160 years, maintaining a tradition passed down through four generations. The company was born from the initiative of Fabián Martín Tapia, who marketed the wafers following his grandfather's original recipe. Over time, Pan de Ángel SL has grown, incorporating new facilities and technology, and has been recognized with national and international awards.
Product types
Pan de Ángel SL primarily produces artisan wafers, made with egg, flour, and sugar, without artificial colors or preservatives. They offer various presentation formats, including bags of one or two dozen, thermoformed (vacuum-packed), and metal boxes. Their wafers are distinguished by their hand-embossed quality and natural flavor.
Mission
The company's goal is to maintain the tradition and quality of artisanal wafer production, using only natural ingredients and respecting the original recipe. It seeks to combine tradition with technological innovation to offer a healthy, high-quality product with national and international reach.
