History
Confalón Bakery was founded in 1992 by the Gutiérrez Rodríguez family in Écija, Seville. It began as a small bakery and has experienced continuous growth, moving to larger industrial facilities, incorporating automated lines, and expanding its production capacity. Over the years, it has developed new product lines and expanded its presence both nationally and internationally, obtaining quality certifications and modernizing its processes.


Product types
The company offers a variety of baked goods, especially breadsticks and regañás. Its ranges include traditional breadsticks (made with Vienna flour), gourmet breadsticks (with extra virgin olive oil), and Mediterranean breadsticks (with natural ingredients such as tomato, garlic, and parsley).
