Panadería Ascensión was born thanks to a family tradition, located in Arroyomolinos, a small town belonging to the Montánchez region. Here I was born and I learned the trade of baking, to make homemade sweets as my grandmother did, handmade sweets, with that traditional flavor, cooked in an oak wood oven, with the ingredients offered by a land rich in resources such as Extremadura With me, there are already three generations producing typical Extremaduran sweets, such as pestiños, perrunillas, fried fritters, curly cookies, nevaditos, almond mantecados, gypsy arms, etc ... Some of them have incorporated an exquisite chocolate topping.
