The result is an award-winning vodka like San Francisco Spirits, with a rich, smooth flavor. We call it Liquid Silk. Perfect for making martinis and even sipping neat over ice. ABSOLUT ELYX is made in Åhus, Sweden, exclusively from the roots of a single wheat from Råbelöf Castle, where this wheat has been produced since the 1400s. The wheat grown here contains exactly the right amount of water and has the perfect balance of starch. The entire process is done within a 15-mile radius of the distillery, ensuring quality control and perfection in every detail.
