St. Petroni Vermello Red Vermouth bottle 1l + Glass

We make Petroni by carefully selecting Albariño grapes from the Rosalianos vineyards of Pazo Arretén (a winery under the DO Rías Baixas - Ulla-Padrón sub-zone). We age on the grape's own lees to perfect the wine base. This way we achieve an Albariño with greater volume, smoothness and personality. The intention is to maintain the Atlantic freshness, mineral balance and saline elegance of our grapes. We blend the base with maceration by agrotype: an exclusive process by which we improve and intensify the extraction of the essence of each herb, each botanical, each root.
