The company's origins date back to 1954, when a group of dairy farmers from the province of Soria founded the Soriana Dairy Cooperative. In 1999, Cañada Real was established to market the cooperative's products. For more than 50 years, it has maintained a constant quality standard, combining traditional methods with modern technology in the production of dairy products.
Product types
It offers a wide range of dairy products, including Soria butter with Protected Designation of Origin, fresh milk, UHT milk, fresh and cured cheeses (cow, goat, and sheep), and traditional desserts such as sheep's curd and custard in ceramic containers.
