The history of MAURI S.A. is a story of gradual and constant effort to grow, supporting and overcoming all the economic crises of the country since 1951 when Don Ramón Jaime Mauri with an innovative spirit began the development of artisanal vanilla in that bakery ¨La Victoria¨ and in a short time the goodness of its product transcended the borders of Bigand and the province of Santa Fe itself, to satisfy the demand of a growing clientele.
With his strong futuristic vision Don Ramón Mauri in 1960 acquires the current estate of 7 hectares at 1000mts from the south access of the town of Bigand and in 1964 is the pioneer in starting the continuous production of vanilla and incorporates new formulas that soon became demanded products such as Polvorón Deliciosa, Amazonas, Cucumbers and Coquitos becoming an essential product in the countless cookies that spread throughout the country.
As from the beginning, firmly convinced to satisfy the demand of his clients Don Ramón Mauri in 1976 acquires a production line for crackers of national technology and begins to elaborate the current cookies Maurita, Propicia, Salvado and Sin sal.
The company's growth continues to be sustained, concentrating the effort on infrastructure such as warehouses, silos, offices, power plants, currently reaching a sup. cover of 11500 m2.
In 1990, firmly convinced of the improvement and presentation of its products, Don Ramón Jaime Mauri already made all his products packed in packages that soon begin to replace the traditional cookies.
In 1995 the company Mauri convinced of the strong competition that the globalization of the economy would bring, incorporates a line of high technology to elaborate 900 Kg. / Hour of vanilla in a fully automatic and continuous process. In addition to the efforts in technological improvements and equipment, Mauri is in the permanent and high training of technical and professional staff who control and conduct all the manufacturing processes that make their products are recognized for their kindness and high quality.
It is the desire of the Mauri company to add more value to its products and to support the confidence of its consumers. We are adapting our manufacturing processes and environmental controls to comply with an ARPCC program that ensures and guarantees the production of a healthy food.

History
Chocolates Lacasa was founded in 1852 in Jaca, Huesca, by Antonio Lacasa, and has focused on chocolate production from the outset. In 1888, it received its first quality award.
