The Protella® brand was founded in 2017 in response to the demand for sustainably made chocolate products suitable for people concerned about healthy eating. After months of research with expert chocolatiers in Spain, they developed a line of products with distinctive flavors and quality. The Panacella factory, located in Vilafranca del Penedés (Spain), produces these products using traditional methods and collaborates with a Special Employment Center to help people with disabilities.
