DOP Cheese Queixo Tetilla Merco 800g

The Queso Tetilla designation of origin is widely known. This cheese is made with pasteurized cow's milk and has a minimum maturation period of eight days. The pieces are covered with a thin, elastic, straw-yellow crust. Its white paste, with a few regularly distributed eyes, is creamy and uniform, ideal to accompany it with dense Galician artisan breads. A slightly acidic aroma and a buttery, slightly salty and milky flavor are the distinctive characteristics of our Tetilla Cheese. TRY OUR CHEESE WITH... For direct tasting, it is recommended to accompany it with dense and traditional Galician breads, such as artisan wheat, corn, rye or even whole wheat bread, or also quince, grapes or walnuts.
