Quesería de la Sierra Subbética SL was founded in 1995 by a group of farmers with the goal of creating quality products based on organic and artisanal production. Over the years, the company has experienced steady growth, adapting to market demands and new technologies, and has organized events such as the Villa de Zuheros Cheese Festival. It is currently present in national and international markets.

The company offers a wide variety of artisanal goat and sheep cheeses, including soft, cured, semi-cured, and organic cheeses, as well as derived products such as cheese creams and organic quince jelly. Highlights include organic cured goat cheese, organic semi-cured goat cheese, organic fresh goat cheese, sheep cheese cake, goat cheese cream, goat cheese in oil, and assorted cheese platters. It also offers agrotourism experiences, cheesemaking workshops and tastings, and a restaurant serving traditional Andalusian dishes.
