It's a family business with over 60 years of experience, currently managed by the third generation. Over time, the company has maintained the artisanal quality of its products while adapting to changing times and quality standards. Its manufacturing and distribution plant is located in Mora, Toledo, from where it distributes its products both nationally and internationally.
Product types
They offer a wide range of artisanal cheeses, including Manchego cheeses with designation of origin, sheep, goat, and mixed (cow, goat, and sheep) cheeses, as well as specialty cheeses cured in olive oil, in butter, and with truffles. Highlights include Artisan Manchego Cheese, Cured Sheep Cheese, Pimentón De La Vera Goat Cheese, and lactose-free light cheeses.
