History
The company began operations in 1987 in Villarejo de Fuentes, focusing from the outset on the artisanal production of Manchego cheese. Its location in the Mancha Alta region of Cuenca, with its rich livestock tradition and optimal conditions for cheesemaking, has been key to its development. Over the years, it has maintained its artisanal method and has received numerous international awards for the quality of its products.
Product types
It offers Manchego cheeses with Designation of Origin, artisan cheeses cured with butter, oil, or rosemary, and traditional specialties. It also sells packs that include different varieties of cheeses and products from the region. Featured products include Manchego Cheese, artisan cheeses, and themed packs such as the Manchego DOP Pack, the Aromas Pack, and the Más Premiamos Pack.
