Without a doubt one of the most famous teas in the world thanks to the perfect balance between Ceylon tea and Bergamot essential oil that HARNEY AND SONS has been selecting from southern Italy for years. This tea should preferably be enjoyed without milk, but we can add a small cloud of milk if we wish. The infusion time for this tea is 4 minutes. We can prepare it in water or in animal or vegetable milk, at a temperature of approximately 90º. After these 4 minutes we recommend removing the pyramid so that we can enjoy its flavour and properties.
