RIVES MEDITERRANEAN GIN 1L

Rives gin is made to the exacting quality standards of London Dry Gin in John Dore copper pot stills. The nine botanicals used to make this fine gin are as follows: Mediterranean juniper with its delicate pine flavours, intensely flavoured Bulgarian coriander, fresh lemon and bitter orange peel from Spain, minty angelica root from Belgium, Angelica seed, sweet cassia from the Philippines, Chinese liquorice which adds complexity and lastly Italian orris (powdered iris root) which is valued for its digestive properties and helps to bind all the flavours of the gin.
