Conservation Deep-frozen product. Store between -18º and -25º. Do not refreeze once thawed. Defrost for 15 minutes at room temperature and cook for 50-60 minutes at 200ºC.
Dough: wheat flour, sourdough (wheat flour, water), water, margarine [coconut fat, water, sunflower oil, emulsifier (E471), salt, acid (citric acid), preservative (E200), flavouring], eggs, lard, olive oil, salt, sugar, white wine, improver (wheat), yeast, sunflower oil. Filling: onion, wakame seaweed (11%), mussels (8%), olive oil, pepper, leek, salt, cayenne pepper, sweet paprika. Coating: liquid egg or sterilised egg. May contain traces of fish, crustaceans, peanuts, soya, milk, nuts, sesame, sulphites.
