Wine making Permeable slate lands (llicorella) and facing south. The influence of the sea breeze (Garbinada) softens the heat of summer and the vine can perform photosynthesis with maximum effectiveness. The vineyards are located in the term of Porrera within the D.O.Ca. Priorat, on terraces and slopes, formed by the famous "llicorella" (slate shale floors). Very poor soils together with a dry cli ...mate (450 mm) facilitates minimum production and therefore maximum quality.
