This wine is made from organically grown Garnacha Tinta grapes using the process of bleeding by its own weight. Macerated for 24 hours, the wine was subjected to a cooling process at around 13 ºC, before being racked. Fermentation took place over 15 days at a controlled temperature so that the wine would retain all its fruity aromas and colour.
