This wine is made with organically grown Garnacha Tinta grapes using the process of bleeding under their own weight. Macerated for 24 hours, the wine was refrigerated at around 13°C, followed by racking. Fermentation took place for 15 days at a controlled temperature to ensure the wine retained all its fruity aromas and color.
