TERRAL Red Wine 75cl

from our own vineyards from the Santa Creu area, seeking the complexity, structure, and elegance provided mainly by Sayra and Cabernet Sauvignon, combined with a small portion of Cabernet Franco and Merlot. Cherry color with purple edges. Intense bouquet of ripe fruit, such as blackberries and blueberries, along with cedar and spices. On the palate, it is structured and balanced, with concentrated flavors of ripe fruit and notes of spices. Long finish. Vinification separately according to variety. Fermentation at 26 degrees and a minimum maceration of twelve days. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 20 degrees. Subsequent aging in oak barrels, mainly French, new and second wine, for twelve months to give the wine an adequate tannic balance.
