The ultimate expression of our Syrah vineyard located at Finca Sumarroca. Deep, dark cherry colour with violet notes. Powerful, very elegant aroma, with balsamic and spicy notes and a concentrate of black fruits, plums and cherries. Very delicate oak notes. On the palate it is elegant and fleshy, full of fruity expressions, with ripe tannins and notes of toasted cedar wood, refreshed by balsamic notes. Pairs well with grilled or grilled meat and cured or cow cheeses.
