Paco & Lola was founded in 2005 by a group of winegrowers and producers from the O Salnés region who decided to professionalize their production. The cooperative, called Sociedad Cooperativa Vitivinícola Arousana, currently has more than 430 members and is the largest in the Rías Baixas DO by number of members. It has 220 hectares of its own vineyards spread across more than 2,000 plots in the Val do Salnés. In recent years, the winery has experienced sustained growth in production and sales, both nationally and internationally.

The company primarily offers white wines made from the Albariño grape, as well as sparkling wines, red Mencía wines, and liqueurs.
