Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) “Sidra de Asturias”, Poma Áurea is a 100% natural and 100% Asturian drink, a brut nature in which both the carbon and the sugar are endogenous, that is, the result of the fermentation process itself. Trabanco’s new brut nature is the result of a careful selection of raw materials.

Features

• Only two traditional Asturian varieties are used for its production: Regona and Raxao, which ferment at low temperatures for several months in wooden barrels. Once the first phase is finished, a second controlled fermentation takes place at low temperatures. The result is an elegant and harmonious Brut Nature cider.
