A beer developed from the Blonde style. The mashing process involves three temperature jumps, both to obtain the highest possible amount of fermentable sugars and to work at a temperature that allows us to obtain non-fermentable sugars, leaving a malty body in the beer. During the brewing process, Nugget hops (bittering hops) and Styrian Golding hops (aroma hops) are added, leaving a signature that blends perfectly with the flavor of the pils malt. A beer inspired by the passage of the Stone through Egypt.
