Made with the 100% native Hondarrabi Zuri variety from the ZUDUGARAI vineyard. Visual phase: Pale lemon-yellow wine, with some golden tones but still retaining greenish and greyish iridescence in a thin layer. It is clean, bright and crystalline. Olfactory phase: On the nose we find a wine with good aromatic intensity, in which notes of fresh grass, green apple and citrus appear. Notes of yeast and skins are also found. Tasting phase: Light and fresh wine. Balanced, long and very expressive on the palate.
