Fresh potato marketers

History
Udapa was founded in 1993 as a cooperative project resulting from the merger of several cooperatives and a financial institution, with the goal of professionalizing and innovating in potato production and marketing. Over the years, it has obtained quality and environmental certifications, invested in new facilities, and launched new brands and products, such as its range of convenience products and fresh-cut potatoes. The company has been recognized for its social and environmental commitment and has expanded its operations through the creation of new businesses and the incorporation of advanced technologies.

Product types
Udapa offers a wide range of products focused on potatoes: fresh potatoes (with different varieties and presentations such as Eusko Label, Euskal Baserri, Monalisa, Agria, Beltza, Princesa Amandine), seed potatoes, and 5-range products under the Udapa fácil and Paturpat brands, which include microwave-ready potatoes, side dishes, omelets, Russian salad, sweet potatoes, among others. It also offers special formats for the hospitality industry and products differentiated by their origin and quality.

Mission
Udapa's fundamental purpose is to innovate, improve, and professionalize potato production and marketing processes, promoting sustainability, quality, local development, and human well-being. Its long-term goal is to establish itself among the leading Spanish producers, lead the sector with quality products, promote its own production and innovation, and contribute to the economic and social development of its surrounding region, aligning itself with the Sustainable Development Goals.
