Our Traditional Fresh Cheese is a cheese made from a mixture of pasteurized cow and goat milk, varying according to the organoleptic characteristics of the fresh milk of the day in order to obtain the “blending” characteristic of our firm. It is a firm cheese, with an excellent texture and well pressed, which means it contains less whey than the general market. The ingredients of our Traditional Fresh Cheese are reduced to pasteurized cow and goat milk, rennet and salt.

  • It is a cheese made from pasteurized cow and goat milk, varying according to the organoleptic characteristics of the fresh milk of the day in order to obtain the “blending” characteristic of our firm. WITHOUT preservatives, only milk, rennet and salt.
  • Calcium: 500 mg (62.5% NRV), Phosphorus 360 mg (45% > NRV) per 100 grams of product.
  • Our fresh cheeses only contain milk, rennet and salt, without preservatives, colorants or thickeners.
