Our Soft Goat Cheese is a cheese made from pasteurized goat milk, and varies according to the organoleptic characteristics of the fresh milk of the day in order to obtain the “blending” characteristic of our firm, with more than 7 days of maturation in a chamber. It is a firm cheese, with excellent texture and well pressed, which means it contains less whey than the general market. The ingredients of our Traditional Soft Goat Cheese are reduced to pasteurized goat milk, ferments, rennet and salt.
