Aged in stacks for a minimum of 36 months in caves, with manual stirring and disgorging. 15% of the Chardonnay base wine fermented in American Oak Barrels. Golden yellow in colour, with fine bubbles, highlighting notes of pastries, nuts and toasted notes. Creamy and rounded, with a vinous mid-palate, fresh acidity and a good integration of carbon dioxide. In short, an aromatic and structured cave wine whose volume and persistence make it ideal to accompany an entire meal.
