Cava Gold Cuevas Santoyo 0.75 L

We chose the best Chardonnay base wine (15% fermented in barrels). It underwent a second fermentation in the bottle in our caves for 36 months at a temperature never exceeding 16º C, in order to obtain small bubbles. Golden yellow in colour, with fine bubbles, highlighting notes of pastries, nuts and toasted notes. Creamy and rounded, with a vinous mid palate, fresh acidity and a good integration of carbon dioxide.
