History
The company began operations in 2008, focusing on innovation in the food industry with the opening of a production plant for freshly prepared dishes in Oiartzun (Gipuzkoa). It offers prepared, high-end dishes, both under its own brand, Bost Gourmet, and for third-party brands. Its catalog includes more than 40 dishes specifically geared toward the HORECA sector, such as Bordeaux meatballs, cod pil pil, Madrid-style tripe, veal cheeks, baby squid in its ink, Bolognese lasagna, vegetable stew, and seafood paella, among others. It also develops customized dishes for businesses.
