Belezos Ecológico, Blanco Fermentado En Barrica, Crianza, Finca Zarzamochuelo, Gran Reserva, Reserva, Sierra Carbón
Activity
Speaking of our winery is talking about us, our family, our dreams and our little story.
In 1987 we let ourselves be trapped by these rugged terrains, old vineyards protected by the cold extremes of the Sierra de Cantabria in (Rioja Alavesa), facing south, with the Sun as the best ally, a unique and privileged environment where Bodegas Zugober can be created.
The family has grown and our children, who share our passion for the land that has seen them grow, have their souls inside. (they carry it inside: that passion for the land)
History
The winery was founded in 1987 by a family passionate about viticulture, who settled in the Rioja Alavesa region. The family winemaking tradition has roots in Jerez since 1898 and has been passed down to subsequent generations, who have brought innovation and continuity to the project. Over the years, the winery has evolved, combining tradition with modernity, and is currently managed by the founders' children, who continue the family philosophy.
Product types
The company primarily offers wines, grouped into three categories: classic wines (such as barrel-fermented white, Crianza, Reserva, and Gran Reserva), specialty wines (such as organic red and Garnacha), and estate wines (such as 50/50, Finca La Malgranda, Finca Zarzamochuelo, and Sierra Carbón). Highlights include Belezos Crianza, Belezos Reserva, Belezos Gran Reserva, Belezos Garnacha, Belezos Ecológico, and the aforementioned estate wines.
Mission
The company's fundamental purpose is to produce high-quality wines, focusing on creativity, innovation, and respect for the land. Its long-term goal is to maintain the family tradition, evolve and improve its wines, and express the character of its surroundings through each product.
