The company was founded in 2020 in Asturias, Spain, as a family business under the name A Luca Rusu SL. It grew out of a long family tradition and experience creating cross-stitch kits and other crafts. The company has been based in Asturias since 2019 and has been producing its own cross-stitch kits since 2023.
