ARTiSA was founded in 2009 by two sisters, Sofía and Marisol Jiménez Antonini, with the opening of their first location in downtown Barcelona. In 2022, they opened a second café in Poblenou. The project is family-run and women-run, with a team dedicated to customer service and artisanal product development. In 2019, the company was certified as a sustainable project through Barcelona Biosphere, aligning its philosophy with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
