History
The company was founded in August 2020 after a meeting between friends at the Punta Cabalo restaurant in Arousa Island. Initially, the idea was to produce a small batch of pickled mussels for personal consumption, but after recruiting several partners and developing a business plan, the project evolved with the goal of creating the world's best canned food brand, based on product excellence and authenticity. After almost three years of work, the company established itself as a Galician cannery recognized for its quality and transparency.


Product types
The company offers gourmet preserves of Galician seafood and fish, handcrafted and preservative-free. Its notable products include pickled mussels, clams in olive oil, razor clams in olive oil, scallops in olive oil, oysters in olive oil, luras (calamari) in their own ink, A Illa-style octopus, and sardines in butter. It offers two main product lines (Silver and Hors Categorie), as well as special editions and gift packs.
