BODEGAS ROMERO

The winery was founded in 1954 by Leandro Romero, who began making wine for his bar in El Raposo. Over time, the quality of their wines increased in demand, leading to the expansion of the winery. In 1975, his son Juan built a new winery with greater capacity and technology. Today, the company remains family-owned and maintains its tradition, prioritizing quality and limited production. They have invested in technology and vineyard management, and have been pioneers in the production of organic and sparkling wines in Extremadura.

The company produces organic wines, sparkling wines, natural wines, and wines without added sulfites. Highlights include PRADOMAYO Chardonnay, PRADOMAYO Gewürztraminer, BURBUJAS DE EVA-BEBA (sparkling wine), ALMONAZAR SELECCIÓN, and ALMONAZAR Single Barrel. They also offer wine cases and tasting experiences.
