Hacienda de Carrascalejo has belonged to the Pidal family since 1850, and they have been producing wines for five generations. Initially, production was for domestic consumption, but in 1959 they began bottling and marketing their wines. Since then, they have combined traditional methods with new technologies to improve the quality and recognition of their products.
Product types
The company offers red, rosé, and crianza wines, both traditional and organic, under the Carrascalejo and Rosmarinus brands. Highlights include Carrascalejo Rosado, Carrascalejo Tinto, Carrascalejo Crianza, Rosmarinus Tinto, and Rosmarinus Roble.
Mission
The company bases its agriculture on respect for the environment and maintaining natural conditions, producing quality wines certified organic and protected by the Bullas DO.
