Lobster Cetárea Bowls

The lobster is a decapod crustacean, meaning it has ten legs, belonging to the Nephropidae family. It is characterized by its first pair of legs ending in two large claws, one with sharp edges, used for cutting, and the other with strong teeth, used for crushing. Its smooth shell is bluish-black with light markings (which do not disappear after cooking) in European regions, and reddish in American regions. They can grow to between 50 and 60 cm in length. The most commonly sold lobsters are 600 and 700 grams, prepared by boiling, grilling, or in salads and garnishes, and are now part of most wedding menus.
