Bigaro Cetarea Bowls 1 Kg

It is a gastropod mollusc, univalve, of the Littorinidae family. It has a hard, spiral-shaped shell, oval and pointed at the apex. Its colour is dark grey, with a spiral band of a lighter tone. They are found attached to rocks that are submerged, in the crevices of the cliffs, to protect themselves from the waves and currents. To eat it, it is necessary to use a needle/toothpick to extract its body from the shell after cooking. It has a soft, marine flavour and has a soft, slightly slimy texture that is very pleasant in the mouth.
