The company began in 2006 as a family project in a small gourmet shop in Vilassar de Mar, specializing in artisanal croquettes. Over time, it expanded its product range and currently has its own workshop where it produces more than 20,000 croquettes daily, as well as cannelloni, churros, and fritters. The company has evolved by combining classic and modern recipes, positioning itself as a benchmark in artisanal gourmet products.
