History
Gourmet Passion was founded by three friends passionate about travel and gastronomy. Inspired by their culinary experiences in Mexico, they decided to recreate traditional Mexican dishes to enjoy at home. After receiving an award for innovation in 2014, they expanded their offerings to include recipes from Asian and Arabic cuisine, the result of new travels and culinary explorations.
Product types
The company offers prepared dishes in Mexican cuisine (cochinita pibil, chicken tinga, beef tinga, chilorio, pork tinga, barbacoa lamb, and red pozole), Asian cuisine (chicken tikka masala, chicken curry, vegan curry), and Arabic cuisine (chicken, lamb, and vegetable couscous). It also sells family kits, refrigerated burritos (Burrísimos), tortilla chips, chili con carne, salsas (cheddar cheese, habanera, and molcajeteada), and other staples.
