Activity
The company is dedicated to the artisanal production of preserved meats, primarily pork, following traditional Aragonese recipes and using high-quality ingredients. Its products are geared toward the gourmet segment and are distributed nationwide.
History
Conservas Guallar is a family business founded during the 2020 pandemic by José Ángel Guallar and Pilar Elena, although the research work began a couple of years earlier. Both founders, originally from Teruel, decided to recover and reinvent traditional recipes inherited from their grandmothers, focusing on the artisanal production of canned pork. In just over a year and a half since its creation, the company has managed to position itself in the gourmet sector, participating in international fairs such as the Salón Gourmets in Madrid, Paris, and Milan, and expanding the presence of its products in specialty stores and online platforms.
Product types
The company offers a range of artisanally prepared canned pork, including: preserved sausage, ribs, pork loin, sweet chorizo, spicy chorizo, Aragón sausage, and preserved pork loin carpaccio. It also offers a variety pack that includes several of these products. All are presented in carefully packaged products and use natural ingredients, without preservatives or colorings.
Mission
The company's fundamental purpose is to revive and enhance traditional Aragonese pork preserves, producing high-quality products using artisanal processes and select ingredients. Its long-term goal is to promote innovation in value-added products, maintain exceptional quality, and expand its presence in the national and international gourmet markets.
