His specialization has been, for many years, the manufacture of salted anchovies and anchovy fillets in olive oil. In recent years it has been incorporating another series of products into its catalog, such as canned Bonito del Norte in Olive Oil, and products made from anchovy, such as "anchovy pearls". History
Conservera Castreña SA was founded on August 8, 1986, and began manufacturing in October of the same year. Since then, the company has maintained its commitment to quality and tradition in the production of its products, recently expanding its facilities and incorporating organic production lines.
