Costas y Miñán, SL was founded in 1966 by Ángel Costas and Floriano Miñán in Vilaxoán, in the Arousa Estuary. Highlights include pickled mussels, sardines in olive oil, natural clams, octopus pâté, light tuna pâté with mustard and honey, octopus slices in vegetable oil, natural razor clams, cod in Vizcaína sauce, and scallops in scallop sauce. They also make sauces such as escabeche, Vizcaína, American, tomato, scallop, and ink sauce.
