DISTILLERY SIDERIT S.L. is a micro-distillery located in Cantabria (North of Spain), which produces handmade gin and Siderit vodka. The company was born with the experience of its founders, Rubén and David, with the premise of producing handmade distillates of the highest quality. This good work includes a fractionated distillation column with reflux built completely in glass. The equipment eliminates cross contaminations, intensifies the distillation and increases the aromas and the final purity. The distillates are made with premium raw materials, some local, that their master distillers combine to create a unique and sophisticated distillates. Our land, our mountains, our forests, bathed by the Cantabrian Sea, molded by rain, wind and sun, that's Cantabria. Our inspiration for the elaboration of the distillates, a magical place in the North of the Iberian Peninsula, a small terroir where we live enjoying the kindness that a unique and incomparable landscape gives us.
