Distilleries and Distributions Liber, the Distillery in Granada, is a limited company incorporated on May 28, 2,001, the date on which the ship begins to be built and all the machinery of the factory is set up, beginning operations at the end of 2002. Our activity is the elaboration and sale of alcoholic beverages. With two very different operations. In our distillery in Granada we produce liquors, gins and malt whiskey, which is why we decided to create the company.

The company was founded in the early 2000s by a group of entrepreneurs with the goal of creating a single malt whisky in Spain. Since its founding in 2001 in Padul, Granada, it has grown to include 62 partners and has received numerous awards and recognitions for the quality and innovation of its products. During the COVID-19 pandemic, it was the first Spanish distillery to convert to the production of hydroalcoholic solutions.

The company produces single malt whisky (most notably EMBRUJO de Granada and LIBER Single Malt), rum (such as Ron Dorado Mamut and Ron Miel Mamut), vodka (including organic wheat and potato vodka), gins (such as Gin Mamut Azul and Biogin Mamut Eco), pomace brandies, and liqueurs (such as Sloe Liqueur and Herbal Liqueur). It also develops custom products for other brands and offers a range of organic beverages.
