The company began more than 40 years ago with small-scale sausage production in Muro de Aguas, La Rioja, initially using only eight pigs. Success and demand led to the creation of a small factory. Since then, it has grown while maintaining a focus on quality, traditional craftsmanship, and careful ingredient selection, becoming a national benchmark in artisanal sausages.

It offers a wide range of cured meats and meat products, including extra chorizo (sweet, spicy, and very spicy), chorizo, extra salchichón, semi-salchichón, pork belly, pork loin, cured pork loin, and gran reserva serrano ham. It also sells personalized gourmet baskets that include cured meats, cheeses, wines, and other gourmet products.
